Use:

Wet your hair and then squeeze out excess water thoroughly. Gradually apply a coin-sized amount of shampoo to five sections of your hair. Add water and lather. For the first wash, focus on the scalp, massaging with your fingertips to remove impurities. Rinse thoroughly. Gradually apply a second coin-sized amount of shampoo to your hair, massaging and adding water. The second lather will create a richer lather that will help cleanse from the lengths to the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
