We hope you enjoy our products!
However, you always have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
EXCHANGING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS IS EASY!
You can use a note you have made yourself - please note that it will state the following:
-Is this an exchange or a return?
-If you want to exchange the product, remember to mark which product you want to exchange the returned product for.
-Your contact information
-Reason for return
2. Carefully package the product to be returned.
Please use a similar package to the one the product was delivered in.

If you want to return the products you ordered:
- Request a return number from Posti by email at info@salonmarjoahola.fi.
- Take the package to be returned to a Posti point and provide the return code when dropping off the package.
- Your name and order number must appear on the package.
- The product will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we do not refund returns before they are returned.
- We will deduct €7.90 in return costs from the amount to be refunded.
- We will issue a refund to the payment method used to place the order. The refund will be paid via the Paytrail payment service. For example, if you paid for the order with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used.
- If you would like an alternative refund, such as a gift card or exchange product, please contact us by email at info@salonmarjoahola.fi.
- Please send the product back to us as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after receiving the product.
- We reserve the right to withhold payment until the product has been returned to us, or until the shipment of the product has been verified in other ways, for example with a copy of the return receipt. Always save the return receipt in case the shipment is lost in transit!
- We do not refund used or opened products unless there is a clear product defect.
Condition of the returned product
Please note that the returned product must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition, and the seals on the packaging must be intact. This does not apply to products that have been returned for a refund – in case of a refund, please contact us before sending the product.
