DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

Salonmarjoahola.shop online store delivers orders using the following delivery methods.

Deliveries every weekday.

Normal delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days from receipt of order. During peak times such as seasonal sales, Christmas and Black Week, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Pick-up from Salon Marjo Ahola is free.

Free shipping on orders over 50.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).

Please note: We do not deliver orders to Åland.

Pick-up from Salon Marjo Ahola service point

Pick up your ordered products from the Salon Marjo Ahola service point. You will be notified by text message or email when your purchase is ready for pickup. You can see the store's opening hours here . Show the message you received and your ID when you come to pick up your purchases.

Pick-up from a Posti office
Pick up your ordered products from the post office of your choice. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives. You can track the progress of the shipment using the tracking number. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to the sender.

Posti Smarpost parcel terminal
Pick up your ordered products from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message when the package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from the machine. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to the sender.

Posti home delivery
Posti's home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller items are delivered to the address of your choice. For larger items, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you. Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities on weekdays by 9 pm and in other areas by 2 pm or 5 pm.  You can track the progress of your shipment using the shipping ID.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Return policy and purchase protection

The refund amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.

NOTE! We charge €19 for uncollected shipments if you do not wish to receive the package again. The fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The product tags must be attached. Salonmarjoahola.shop reserves the right to not accept a return if the product no longer corresponds to a new, unused product.

COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service by email before returning the product. If the product is defective or damaged in transit, please also include a photo of the defect.

The Consumer Protection Act, which protects your rights as a customer, also applies to purchases made with us.
